Private Yoga & Personal Training Sessions

 

It’s that time of the year … New Years Day! As we move into 2023, I would like for you to think less about “goals” and more about WHAT CAN YOU SAY NO TO OR IMPROVE UPON THINGS YOU WANT TO DO? That seems backwards doesn’t it.

So let me start you off …

  • No extra events that puts me in situations that I don’t feel comfortable in.

  • I’d like to meet 1 new person each month who I have 2 things in common with (Kayaking is a good one for me, world traveler and being creative/artist)

Take a few moments and gather your thoughts and see what comes to you. Instead of losing weight, get up early to work out and eating better. How about ….

  • Being more alert and tracking what I put into my temple of a body.

  • Be kind to myself and create a schedule that allows me to be healthier.

  • Find the additional funds to travel to (the destination you want and if someone or on your own).
